When you have relocated to a new city, with a new job, and two young children there are compelling reasons to find a permanent location quickly. This was the case for Katie and Ben. Ben took a job in downtown and settled into an Urban Hillsides' temp rental to start the home search. After giving them some guidance on areas and a great lender resource, they were on top of new listings daily. Ideally, they wanted to live in the Echo Park/Silver Lake area, but it seemed moving north to Eagle Rock provided better family options. Result: they just closed escrow and will be enjoying their new place once a few repairs are completed.
