Sometimes homebuyer love letters can make the difference in a multiple offers situation. Oregon has banned them claiming it is discrimination. Now an Oregon judge has paused that law, acknowledging that the law could also restrict free speech. Darren and Joe discuss the confusion of love letters and how they can be handled.
