Adapting To Market Needs

2226 Oak Glen had a fantastic backyard, but it felt disconnected and was a trek to get to. The house and the yard were separate enough that the indoor to outdoor flow did not feel connected. We polled buyers and the majority agreed. By adding a $3,500 deck we bridged this gap and the house sold for full price before going back on the market. We listened to the market, pivoted and designed a solution that sold the home in record time. Sometimes all it takes is opening a sightline or turning a window into a door to reach the right buyer. Simple changes can completely transform the entire feel and flow of a space. Another adaptation is the COVID-19 environment we find ourselves in now. For years, our team has been doing 3D property walkthrough tours on all listings. Additionally, we prescreen buyers well before showing the property. Once there, we take every safety precaution during the physical showing.
