New listings rose to 46 after a traditionally slower Thanksgiving holiday week. Back on markets were at 12, up 1 from the week before and staying in a tight range. Price reductions were at 12, showing a trend down and a solid market. Pendings/back ups remained at 38 with no significant change since end of October.
