At this year's AIA (American Institute of Architects) Conference, former president Obama cited liberal NIMBYism as a stopping block to affordable housing. While these NIMBYs are supportive of affordable housing, they tend to change when it comes to their neighborhood. Darren and Joe observe the same challenges here in Los Angeles.
