SOLD | 672 CYPRESS AVE

Buyer’s Story: 672 Cypress

For me, as someone who studied architecture, one of the most rewarding aspects of working with buyers is discussing the psychology of living in a space—how they move, work, and socialize. I particularly enjoy finding a great match for my clients, especially in a market where the value of agents is being questioned.

Peter and Julia bought 672 Cypress, a 718-square-foot home with an undesirable layout where you had to go through the bathroom to get to the bedroom. We shared a vision to make the space more functional, and I redesigned the entire floor plan to maximize the small space while staying within budget. They're committed to the remodeling process, and we will support them through every step. Our goal is to bring out the best in the space, ensuring they get great value.

Congratulations to Peter and Julia on their new home!

11264 Sunshine Terrace - SOLD

Despite numerous obstacles, a real estate journey unfolds—a testament to unwavering perseverance.

For over six months, we navigated the challenges of selling a property filled with hurdles. Stairs clashed with the neighborhood's aesthetics, while litter and abandoned vehicles plagued the streets. Enforcing parking regulations and clearing abandoned cars required substantial resources.

Yet, we persevered with unwavering hope and a relentless work ethic, refusing defeat.

Finally, victory emerges—a symbol of resilience in adversity.

Congratulations, Rebecca, and best wishes for your next chapter outside of Los Angeles!

SOLD - Arcadia Mid-century - Congratulations to Kelsey and Kevin

Kelsey and Kevin searched for months to find that perfect first home. Both in creative industries, they were seeking a certain aesthetic. They found it in Arcadia. This Mid-century with a Japanese character spoke to them immediately. A home that had been in the family since 1953, the former owner was a noted local architect who lived in Japan with his wife for 6 years. Tracy, the daughter, felt good about passing the home on to Kelsey and Kevin. They’ve already made some improvements, but they assured Tracy they would keep her father’s special home intact. Congratulations Kelsey and Kevin. It was meant to be.

Congratulations Melissa and Matt On Your Montecito Heights Home

We are so happy for Melissa and Matt. Fresh from Canada with new jobs at a prestigious university, they knew what they wanted, but did not know the areas. With some good discussion and introductions to neighborhoods, we centered on Montecito Heights. The area gave them the right neighborhood mix of neighbors (diverse community), nature to walk their dog and get away (two parks) and a decent commute to get to their new employer. Let's not forget the home. A mid-century 2-story with great outdoor areas, privacy, treehouse views, and almost move-in ready condition. With remodeling and final touches finished by our remodel crew, they've just moved in!

Congratulations Anne On Your New Downtown L.A. Home

We are so happy for Anne. It didn’t always look rosy on her journey to home ownership. Her price point was challenging and other elements she needed had to align. But between Anne’s perseverance, our support and a great lender we got it done. Other key components were a sensible seller with a professional, smart agent.

We all knew it was meant to be when buyer and seller met each other at the final walkthrough. It was a lovefest.
