It's a 350-agent office and the most successful office in Los Angeles for Keller Williams. We were surprised when KW told us this week and humbled. The KW Los Feliz office is a talented group of people.

Urban Hillsides Ranked 5th Highest at Keller Williams Los Feliz for 2015

Keller Williams Los Feliz recently awarded Urban Hillsides an award for 5th highest gross commission income(GCI) for 2015. To put this in context:

  • Keller Williams Los Feliz is the most successful brokerage in the area
  • KW Los Feliz is one of the top Keller Williams offices nationally
  • KW Los Feliz is a large office of agents - approximately 350 agents total

We are honored to be recognized among the top achievers for the company. This award adds to our two 2014 awards - 6th highest for GCI and 5th highest number of units closed. We are working to exceed our 2015 numbers with an even higher level of performance for 2016.

Northeast Los Angeles Real Estate on the Rise

Northeast Los Angeles market is ramping up for the traditional selling season after a slowing for the winter months.

  • New inventory has increased from 61 units to 149 per month
  • Sold units were at 89 in December and slowing into February to 70
  • Inventory was low at 152 at the end of the year and current is 254 units for February - a normal inventory range over the last few years is 240 to 270 units

All that said, we are now entering the busy selling season.
