Lyla vs. Joe: Mid-century Modern Sold - Original Eichler in Granada Hills
We just closed today on a beautiful, original, mid-century modern, Eichler home in Granada Hills. Lyla, the seller, lived there since 1963. She chose the lot with her husband and watched it being built by Eichler. She is so proud of the house where she built her family and raised her kids. Good memories and to a new life with her son up in Northern California. Good luck, Lyla. It was a real pleasure working with you. Our clients Erick and Mollie are very happy and will take good care of the home.
