A Successful Event - UH Decor & Furniture Giveaway

We celebrated almost ten years of staging by decluttering our inventory throughout the weekend of May 26, 2024 The event was a hit, drawing approximately 30 past clients, friends, and neighbors. They discovered valuable finds, with 80% of the items being repurposed and 20% were driven to a donation site which is Bridgethrift.com, a for-profit entity that gives back to the community. It was heartening to reconnect with clients we hadn't seen in a while and knowing that some of our personal items found deserving homes is encouraging. Notable matches included a mid-century dresser for Kevin, who we assisted in purchasing a mid-century home last year, and essential dorm room items & accessories for a neighbor whose child is heading off to college. An artist named Margaret selected pieces to restore for her home and her art studio. Nearly everyone left with pillows as we have several of different kinds, and vintage items were eagerly taken by a neighbor who specializes in resale, boosting their business. And Bob, an avid gardener, happily claimed the majority of outdoor accents and old pots, assuring us they would be well cared for. It was a heartwarming event with many cherished items finding new homes and many more stories to tell.

11264 Sunshine Terrace - SOLD

Despite numerous obstacles, a real estate journey unfolds—a testament to unwavering perseverance.

For over six months, we navigated the challenges of selling a property filled with hurdles. Stairs clashed with the neighborhood's aesthetics, while litter and abandoned vehicles plagued the streets. Enforcing parking regulations and clearing abandoned cars required substantial resources.

Yet, we persevered with unwavering hope and a relentless work ethic, refusing defeat.

Finally, victory emerges—a symbol of resilience in adversity.

Congratulations, Rebecca, and best wishes for your next chapter outside of Los Angeles!
