SOLD - Arcadia Mid-century - Congratulations to Kelsey and Kevin

Kelsey and Kevin searched for months to find that perfect first home. Both in creative industries, they were seeking a certain aesthetic. They found it in Arcadia. This Mid-century with a Japanese character spoke to them immediately. A home that had been in the family since 1953, the former owner was a noted local architect who lived in Japan with his wife for 6 years. Redfin just announced they are shutting down their iBuyer program - Redfin Now. In addition, they cut 13% of their workforce. iBuyer firms are performing horribly in this changing market. Zillow's program stopped in 2021 with $500 million in losses, Opendoor recently announced almost a billion dollars in losses in the 3rd quarter alone.
