Mike’s in the music industry. He worked with Rebecca, a songwriter and musician, in the past.
One day she called him looking for real estate advice. She was moving from Boston to L.A. and needed a good agent referral. At that moment, Mike made the referral. One catch, she had to purchase a house in 3 weeks. Oh, and it needed to have room to build a music studio. Done. Sold. Rebecca’s happy and moved shortly to L.A.
